There are court cases at the end of each chapter which, in my opinion, are a bit too technical and too complicated to understand. I wish there were more mode||It seems to provide the best of all possible worlds in a business organizations text--it appears to be user-friendly, thorough in the substantive areas of law as well as providing a strong focus on the intended audience for the text--paralegals. - Finger Lakes
