One, it is geared more toward the state of New York, which I wish the author would have made clear. In fact, had I known that, I probably would not have purchased the book to begin with. Two, the author fails to provide samples of the trusts that he refers to. Three, much of the information is also obsolete insofa|About the Author|Harvey J. Platt is an attorney, a frequent lecturer on the subject of estate planning and living trusts, and the author of Your Will and Estate Plan and Your Living Trust and Estate Plan (Allworth Press). His firm, Platt
